4. Placement and Duration

Advertisements will be placed on our website until listing is removed by its owner, or for a maximum of 6 months. We reserve the right to determine the placement of advertisement based on legal requirements, website layout and policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your advertisement content. By submitting content for advertising, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content as part of our advertising services. We will not claim ownership of your content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaraClassifiers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our advertising services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EU One Stop Shop Supporting Green Line Trade & Businesses, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your advertisements or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our advertising services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of RoC. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
